The BCIT Student Association is holding a women's Panel that aims to showcase women’s experiences working in traditionally male-dominated industries such as STEM and the Trades. The Panel will discuss how women can raise the glass ceiling; the advantages of having women present in male-oriented workplaces and industries; strategies for women to use when faced with discrimination and harassment at work; and what workplaces are doing to embrace diversity.
